SUMMARY:Caring for the Caregiver
DESCRIPTION:Many must serve as caregivers – for elderly parents or relatives\, for grandchildren\, for partners and friends.  Because of the spiritual and emotional demands of caregiving\, burnout is an ever-present hazard. Our sessions will explore how we can engage in self-care\, set boundaries\, re-envision our role and renew our lives. (N.B. One need not be a “caregiver” to attend. This Zoom class is open to all who are interested in exploring how we can care for ourselves\, grow in compassion\, and nurture healthy relationships.) Brian B.
