Parish Men's Faith Group
Brian B. Pinter
Third Tuesday of the month at 7 pm
The Men’s Faith Group creates a place where men gather for sharing, listening, and reflection on spiritual topics. We have found that by creating an intentional space to talk about heartfelt matters, truth can be drawn out and grace revealed as we see where we have experienced the presence of God in our lives, and how we are being called to ever deeper levels of authenticity. We support each other in our journey to deeper maturity, wholeness, holiness, and friendship with God.
Our meetings include prayer, listening to a brief presentation on a spiritual topic, conversation, and fellowship. Themes we have explored include forgiveness, embracing imperfection, the male spiritual journey, men of the Bible, working with dreams, and grieving. Participants range in age from 20s to 80s.
The Men’s Group has continued to meet via Zoom through the pandemic. Our focus has moved to sharing our experiences and discerning wisdom for these extraordinary times. Those men who join the meetings express how much they value that time of connection and solidarity.
