Rev. Michael Hilbert, S.J.

Arriving at St. Ignatius in 2014 was in many ways a homecoming. I grew up in White Plains, went to Fordham Prep, and after graduating from college in 1973, I entered the New York Province of the Jesuits. My life as a Jesuit was spent mostly abroad—first in the Philippines, then China, and finally in Rome, as a professor of Canon Law. Breathing my native air again, and serving as Associate Pastor, have re-awakened me to the joys of parish life and the grace of my vocation.
