Miracles Do Happen: God Can Do the Impossible

Sister Briege McKenna, OSC, does. After entering an Irish convent at age 15, she was instantaneously healed at age 24 of crippling arthritis that had confined her to a wheelchair—and shortly thereafter she was given the gift of healing. Since then, 77-year-old Sister Briege has traveled more than 1 million miles to minister hope and healing to countless people in more than 100 countries around the globe, from huge rallies in Latin America to retreats in Korea, and will make a rare appearance in Manhattan at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Miracles Do Happen: God Can Do the Impossible tells the story of Sister Briege’s encounters with the healing power of God. It also shares her insights about faith, the power of the Eucharist, and the importance of prayer. Most of all, it points the way to a closer relationship with Jesus, greater knowledge of his love, and deeper faith in his power to do the impossible.
