The Harlem Family Institute and Its Coming Family & Child Development Center

Join us as three of the Institute’s leaders will offer a panel discussion about this institute unique among New York’s many psychoanalytic training institutes, unique because of its focus on taking affordable training and treatment out to underserved communities.

Panelists are Michael Connolly, parishioner, Dr. Paula Kliger, principal strategic consultant to the Institute, and Rev. Sheila Johnson, who leads the Institute’s clinical subsidiary as it establishes the new clinic. All three are psychoanalysts who are taking a lead in what is coming to be called community psychoanalysis.
