The Church of St. Catherine, which is located within the Shrine of the Nativity in Bethlehem, is the sister parish of St. Ignatius Loyola.

The parish provides essential support to local Palestinian families and refugees, offering help with daily necessities and filling gaps in social, medical, and welfare services that are often inaccessible to them.
