A planned gift to the Church of St. Ignatius leaves a lasting legacy for future generations.
The majestic church that we know today has the humblest of origins. In 1851 Irish immigrants pooled their resources to build a church uptown. They named this humble wooden structure the Church of St. Lawrence O’Toole in honor of their patron saint. We have named our legacy society to honor our founders and the rich foundation that they provided so many years ago.
Today, we invite you to join the St. Lawrence O’Toole Society by remembering the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in your estate planning. You will be honored by receiving a commemorative gift and an invitation to two annual events –an autumn lecture and cocktail reception and a private Mass and special breakfast in Wallace Hall each spring.
Membership in the St. Lawrence O’Toole Society is for anyone who has remembered the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in their estate.
