Parish Lenten Retreat: From Ashes to Glory

This year’s Lent can be different. It will take an openness to God’s grace, a deep desire to receive what is being offered us, and a few signs and symbols to help us stay focused.
The retreat will be a blend of silent and preached. There will be large chunks of time for silent prayer, and in general, the atmosphere will be recollected and peaceful. Three brief reflections are offered to ‘prime the pump.’
With a maximum number of 15 retreatants, there will be occasions for sharing our faith and time for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. On Saturday evening we will watch a film and have a glass of wine. We will pray Morning Prayer together, and Sunday Mass, followed by lunch, will close the retreat.
Join us for a weekend of restful prayer in an atmosphere of hope and shared faith.
