"Caritas" means "Christian love of humankind; charity." It is with this spirit that we present our 2025 Caritas Concert: Roosevelt Credit | Get on Board! Enjoy music, wine, food, and friendship for social justice. All net ticket proceeds will benefit St. Ignatius School in the Bronx. If you'd like to learn more about support for this concert, please contact our Music Development Director, Christina Kay.

Located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx, St. Ignatius School is more than a tuition-free Jesuit middle school, it is an 11-year program designed to break the cycle of poverty through education. By pairing a rigorous "nativity-model" education for grades 6–8 with a supportive Graduate Support Program that mentors alumni through high school and college, St. Ignatius replaces financial barriers with a decade-long promise of advocacy. This isn't just a three-year middle school experience, it is a permanent bridge to higher education and careers, ensuring that every student possesses the tools and the community to not only reach the door of opportunity, but to walk through it.

Always strive for something more.

Always look at these four timeless composers, who wrote their own lyrics — Irving Berlin, Jimmy Webb, John Denver, and David Friedman — with an ear to how they made a song more meaningful.
