Seeds and Weeds Roundtable Discussion: Cultivating a Spiritual Life in a Digital Age 

Join us as we explore the impact of the internet and constant screen exposure on our spiritual well-being.

This discussion will be led by Parish Council members Kenn Kern and Antonio del Rosario.

We will discuss how to identify the “weeds” of digital distraction, isolation, and negativity, and how to intentionally plant the “seeds” of a fulfilling, faithful life.

This discussion is for everyone: grandparents, parents, teens, and all members of our community, anyone looking for guidance on navigating the complexities of modern connectivity. Come share your thoughts and discover practical strategies for fostering a healthy balance between technology and faith.
